Nicole Whittaker is our HR Consultant. She has over 13 years of experience as an HR professional, covering various areas such as employment law, employee relations, recruitment, reward and recognition, learning and development, and equality and diversity.

Nicole has worked in the voluntary, private and public sectors, and her key strengths are employment law and employee relations. She will go above and beyond to provide an effective, efficient, and thorough HR service. She offers clear and concise advice to clients on best practices and employment legislation. 

In her spare time, Nicole likes keeping fit and spending time with friends and family. She has a keen interest in hiking and DIY and loves taking road trips to new places.
